How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the total amount of your order. Before completing your purchase, use our shipping calculator to check standard shipping prices by country.

Where do you ship?

We ship to almost all European countries, including Spain, Portugal,  Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Austria, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. We also ship to the United States.

How long will it take to deliver my package?

The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

This is an estimated average, and it may vary due to logistical factors or force majeure.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you and offer options to proceed with the order or set a new delivery date.
